Self Catering Accommodation Canterbury

The Granary is a newly converted Grade II listed barn holiday home near Canterbury, beautifully and sensitively restored to retain many original features such as vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, Kent peg tile roof and black timber clad with all solid oak windows, doors and solid oak flooring. The self catering accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, both ensuite, lounge/dining room and fully fitted kitchen.

There is a lovely patio with table and chairs plus bbq and a small garden. Views from the cottage are of the nature reserve and beautiful valley. Heating is by an oil central heating system. All linen and towels are provided and a courtesy hospitality basket is also provided.

Wireless internet connection available.

Sorry no smoking or pets in the cottage. A luxury dog kennel is available on request.

There is ample parking at the side of the cottage.

Bedroom 1

Bedroom one is a twin bedded room with vaulted ceiling, Freesat television with DVD player. Leather sofa and Laura Ashley furnishing through out. All the furniture is solid oak. The ensuite shower room has an extra large shower cubicle, toilet, basin and heated towel rail, all fitted out to the highest standard.

Bedroom 2

Bedroom two is a double bedded room with a king size bed and Laura Ashley furnishings. Safe deposit box. All the furniture is solid oak. The ensuite bathroom has a large bath with shower and tempered glass shower screen, toilet, basin and heated towel rail, all fitted out to the highest standard.

Lounge

Lounge/dining room has a vaulted ceiling with two leather sofas, one being a double sofa bed. Freesat television with DVD player . Solid oak dining table and four chairs.

Kitchen

Kitchen is of bespoke build made from solid oak with granite worktop and porcelain sink. Washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob and fan oven. Microwave, fridge and freezer.
